Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Plans

TerpAgent offers monthly subscription plans (Pro, Breeder, and Commercial). You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings or through the Stripe Customer Portal.

  • When you cancel, you retain access to your paid tier features through the end of your current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
  • After your billing period ends, your account reverts to the free Craft tier.
  • Your data is preserved — nothing is deleted when you downgrade.

2. AI Credit Packs

AI credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits are added to your account balance immediately upon successful payment.

  • Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased.
  • Credits never expire and remain on your account regardless of plan changes.
  • If a technical error prevents credits from being delivered, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

3. Founding Member Pricing

Founding member pricing is locked in for the lifetime of your subscription. If you cancel and later resubscribe, founding pricing is not guaranteed — standard pricing may apply.

4. Free Trial Periods

If you are granted a free trial of a paid tier, no charge is incurred during the trial period. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. If you do not cancel, your payment method will be charged at the standard rate when the trial expires.

5. Refund Exceptions

We may issue refunds at our discretion in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges due to a billing error
  • Extended service outages that materially prevented use of the platform
  • Charges incurred after a cancellation was confirmed

To request a refund under these circumstances, contact us within 30 days of the charge.

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • From your account at Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription
  • Through the Stripe Customer Portal
  • By emailing admin@terpagent.com
